This Saturday June 18 th , the people of Lexington and the High Rock Lake community will be hosting an event at the Lexington Fair Grounds (off Hwy 64 and Hwy 29/70). This event is a Memorial Ride in remembrance of PO1 Joshua T. Harris, a local Navy Seal that died during combat in Afghanistan in August of 2008. This ride honors J.T. Harris’ life and the lives of other military men and women who serve and have served our country. This event kicks off at 10am when the vendors and exhibits open....(read more)
